This is the first blog post for the development of GeomCreate. GeomCreate is a planned program that I am writing in Python with a PySide6 backend. My goal with this program is to make a platform where it is easy and free to create manuscript quality images for chemistry and visualize molecules. The primary use case for this program will be 2D and 3D molecular images, but will be expanded upon in the future to create other figures like graphs and PES diagrams.
